We first worked with this client to market their primary brand, United Seattle. After the successful relaunch of United Seattle, we continued working with the client to build a sub-brand that focuses mainly on interior remodeling — United Signature.
Since the United Signature brand is still relatively new, there was neither a definite brand identity nor an effective marketing strategy. Specifically, they lacked a marketing strategy for a franchise model of operating a business. To solve this issue, we created a unique brand for United Signature similar to the United Seattle brand but different and unique in terms of the target audience.
Moreover, we developed PPC campaigns to generate leads. It directly supports our efforts in building their lead generation profiles on Houzz, Home Advisor, Thumbtack, Porch, and others.
We helped them generate a consistent flow and growth of organic traffic for their website. We mainly do this with content writing and SEO. Additionally, the custom website design that we developed for them allows customers to reach out to the company via a web form directly connected to the sales CRM, ensuring the smooth collection and management of leads by the sales department.
Lastly, we introduced the United Signature brand on social media by regularly publishing content with the primary goal of reaching high levels of customer engagement.
